That’s Amore Cheese Masterclass
We had two exciting and inspiring days with That’s Amore Cheese Masterclass, at Fiamme Trattoria!!
Chef Dario showcased how to cook and combine some of the best That’s Amore cheeses by using fresh ingredients, expertise, and invention to enhance the best qualities of each cheese.
We hope everyone who took part in these two masterclasses appreciated the authenticity and qualities of cooking with cheese.
